  2. We process your ordinary personal data (name, surname, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address) because they are necessary to provide you with services or conclude a contract. Additionally, the law requires us to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. .
  3. We also process your personal data specified above on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper resolution of any disputes regarding the services we provide and the pursuit of claims.
  4. The purpose of processing your Personal Data is to properly fulfill the concluded contract.
  5. Recipients of personal data
  6. The recipients of your personal data may be hosting providers, accounting companies, transport companies, and service companies.

III. Time of personal data processing

  1. Your personal data provided in connection with the concluded contract will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the concluded contract, as well as after its termination for the duration of the warranty and the limitation period for any claims.
  2. If a VAT invoice is issued, your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years due to tax and accounting requirements.

IV Rights of the data subject

  1. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to object. Please send any requests regarding the above-mentioned rights directly to our office by post or e-mail biuro@marpis.pl.
  2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

V Consequences of not providing data

  1. Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract and thus providing us with services. Unfortunately, if you do not provide personal data, the services we provide will not be possible.
